I am rewriting this because the issue is still happening. One week ago I bought FIFA and since then the game disconnects every two minutes when I start it, and later every thirty seconds, which makes it impossible for me to play online. The disconnections also happen in the main menu. During this week I have tried everything I could find, including tutorials on YouTube and solutions from online forums, but the issue continues. When I wrote on the EA forum, I was told to open a case on the website, but when I click the Contact Us button, a form appears, I fill it in, and nothing happens. Could you please check my situation? Thank you very much.
According to the Connection Quality Report you submitted, the issue has to do with either your ISP or home network. You have packet loss that is causing the disconnect. Your best bet is to contact your ISP for help.
As far as opening a case goes, what exactly happens? Are you filling out the form and then it disappears?

Thanks for your reply. I’m attaching the screenshot that appears when I click ‘Contact Us’. I’m in Italy, so maybe something changes because of that. Once I fill out the page, I send it, but I’m not given any case number

Try clearing your cache/cookies. If that doesn't help, log out and see if you can open a case without being logged in.

You need to choose 'I need to update my EA account information'. Since you can connect fine on a different account, this appears to be an account issue.
