Fc26 ban
Hello i kinda in a pickle here and need some explaining. My account was hacked (in 2023) thrue third party, maybe not even thrue EA because i have almost all accounts connected (steam,...). After that i got my account back without any support help or anything. But i was dumb that i didnt check logined devices and possibly still had access. And everything was ok with games and everything. I deleted FC 25. After sometime me and my gf in somewhere 2025 decided that we would like to play FC 26 and i bought it thrue steam. When i install it and we played normal, because i coudn't connect to EA and left it open so i would try later. After some time 1-2 hours i closed the game and saw that i was banned forever for buying/selling FC currency, which i didn't have clue about it and the refund time expired. I wrote to support but coudn't achive anything, because they said that they did the right decision and can't find any emails about hacked account or that i didn't bought any currency. Is there any way to get my account back or i can just forget about it?

Unfortunately we can't help with bans here on the forums. You can always try reaching out to our terms of service team again, but I'm afraid that they have the final say in matters like this.
