My game will not load on my account on Xbox

When I try to loads fc26 it kicks me straight back to the dashboard. When I sign in on a different account the game will load. I played on PC last year for the first time and I didn’t know if that was related to the issues so I unlinked my Xbox and steam account and also logged out of the Xbox app on PC but the game still doesn’t work
