FC Hub Broken, Objectives Not Tracking, Transfer Market Locked

I have been experiencing multiple issues with FC 26 for a long time, and they appear to be related to my EA account progression rather than the game installation itself.

Current issues:

• FC Hub does not work properly.
• Objectives frequently get stuck or fail to track progress.
• The Transfer Market / Web App has never been unlocked for my account.
• Companion App synchronization appears to be broken.
• Some in-game features do not update correctly.

Troubleshooting already performed:

• Reinstalled the game multiple times.
• Cleared PS5 cache.
• Logged out and back into my EA account.
• Waited several days/weeks for automatic synchronization.
• Confirmed that the game is updated to the latest version.

At this point, it seems that there may be an issue with my account status or backend progression flags.

Has anyone experienced the same combination of issues (FC Hub + Objectives + Transfer Market/Web App) on the same account?

If an EA representative can review my account, I would greatly appreciate it because the problem has persisted for a long time and normal troubleshooting has not resolved it.
