FC 26 is collapsing under years of ignored issues

Hi, I’m writing this because I am honestly exhausted and frustrated with the state of this game. I have played FIFA and FC titles for many years, long enough to recognize the same gameplay problems that repeat every single year, no matter how many times players report them. FC 26 feels like one of the most inconsistent and unfair versions so far. The gameplay constantly feels like it is working against me. Opponents win every ball, every rebound and every duel, while my players feel heavy, delayed and unresponsive. They turn slowly, lose control instantly and ignore my commands, while the opponent’s players react instantly, intercept everything and move with unreal precision. Defending is a mess. My defenders leave huge gaps, step away from the ball and let opponents run through them like they are not there. Meanwhile, the opponent AI presses perfectly, blocks everything and reacts faster than human inputs. Attacking feels equally bad. The moment I touch the ball, the opponent’s entire team collapses on me instantly, almost like the game locks onto my player. I cannot dribble, cannot turn and cannot build any kind of attack because every defender reacts with perfect timing. Recovering the ball is almost impossible because my team refuses to press, refuses to track runs and moves with no purpose, while the opponent’s players pile forward aggressively with constant AI support. And none of these issues are new. Players have reported the same problems for years: input delay, inconsistent responsiveness, scripted momentum swings, AI teammates ignoring tactics and massive differences between matches. Every community, every year, points out the same issues, and the same problems return again and again. I am not asking for the game to play for me. I am asking for fairness and consistency. Right now the game feels like it decides when you are allowed to play properly and when you are not. It becomes mentally exhausting when your team refuses to respond while the opponent’s AI behaves like it has every advantage possible. This is not acceptable in a competitive game. So I want real answers: Why does player responsiveness change so drastically from match to match? Why is the opponent AI always stronger than my own teammates? Why do these issues repeat every single year? Why do thousands of players describe the same problems and nothing changes? And is this really the intended experience? I am not here to insult anyone, but the gameplay feels unbalanced, unresponsive and unfair, and it needs real attention, not generic replies.
