My games drops to 5 fps every cutscene or halftime on PC!

So everytime i play the game the same issue happens which is that the game drops to 5-10 fps on cutscenes and halftime. Another important factor is that the game always turns on strand based hair and bloom by itself every match which lags the game hard. EA I have played your games since I was 7 and I always loved them but every year it becomes worse and worse. I bought the game with high expectations when it came out but to this day it’s still the same. I respect that you have listened to the community but this happens a lot of pc players . Please fix it so we can have fun again with no disturbances.
