input delay

im facing huge issue of input delay in my game but only in ultimate team. sometimes the game feels really slow and after some minutes the delay starts. the problem is for the first 10-15 days i dont have any kind of issue but after some days suddenly this issue started and the online mode is totally unplayable plz find a solution for me and provide me a smooth and perfect game play as soon as possible my pc can really good specs to run this game im attatching a file with my pc specs down below.plz find a solution for me this is really frustrating me
