My wifi was good still disconnected and lost and allmost wom match

Was playing championship match. Score was 4 2 up . 80 mins . My wifi stable . Still got disconnected. I lost got dnf and waste one match. I need compensation. EA made contacting with support team so complicated that I don't able to find any link for that . Shame.
