Never got the 26k exp on clubs

I never got the 26k exp ive been playing for 1 month in a row and i would get 2 26k exp on clubs and i didnt get nothing, i need help my friends are level 76+ and i am 50, i cant do nothing and i get paired with a 95+ level guys.
