No access to my Fc mobile 26 account

I have two accounts, yesterday I tried to login to my second account but it kept bringing me back to my first account though the two emails are different but it showing only one account 

I will be glad if you @fcmobile can look into this issue because of this I have missed to claim my rewards from the second account
