Hey RedpandaW , have you tried logging out and signing back in to help synchronise your account? You could also try restarting your console and playing a couple of matches. It usually helps in similar situations.
I have the exact same issue. I'vet tried logging in and out, restarting, opening tickets, etc., all to no avail.
EA_Pulsar, @ea could you consider reopening this ticket / issue? Sounds like there are many in the same boat.

Yes this is so bad! Ea really did it this year..... just bull....!
Not doing the early access again....pay for a lousy icon player and no premium season pass! Pay again for something you don't get is not on my list anymore! Thank ea for ruining this year too!!👏👏👏
