0 squad battle points

So im playing a game of squad battles in fc 26 and when I finish the game I won it goes me 0 points this has happened a few times just wondering if anyone else has had this issue knows how to stop it and also if anyone else can get a reply from stupid ea. Iv emailed about 5 times with no reply.

Check you haven't reached the 16 game limit of matches that count for points, top right of squadies screen next to your weekly points.
Every game past that is worth 0 points.
