Hey RedpandaW , have you tried logging out and signing back in to help synchronise your account? You could also try restarting your console and playing a couple of matches. It usually helps in similar situations.
Hello, same problème here, 5 restarting and nothing. Can we have a solution please ? We are a lot with this problem (I don’t use fifa points but i havn’t premium pass)

I still have not received my premium season pass and I have played over 25 matches
I have not received my premium pass yet....and I did the pre order long time ago!
