Not able to evo my toty-HM

Hi,

i am not sure if this is the best channel to reach EA on, but I need help.

I have evo'd a card through the Build you TOTY-HM, then given him the Worldtour cosmetic to provide chemistry, and the new evo's that came today he's not eligable.

Is there someway to fix this?
