I have seen some thread of a user from South Africa facing the same issue which clearly indicate the issue is at EA side but they are not taking ownership.
Looks like EA servers are having issues with ISP settings in different countries, don't know what they did but it messed up our connection to ultimate team. Right when we were in the middle of Thunderstruck promo too. I hope they resolve it soon as possible. EA_Aljo Can you please check on the ultimate team server side? Cause it seems like it isn't a particular ISP issue as it is occurring in multiple regions.
