EA_Aljo is there any update on this issue? It's not only jio isp problem, seems more ISPs and worldwide there's problem.. it's not limited to one userbase/country anymore... We can't change our ISP just to play this game.. it's not feasible solution.. even with Hotspots, it's difficult to connect..
Community ManagerThis issue is still under investigation. However, it appears to be an issue with the ISP. Others have mentioned switching and are able to play again. That seems to indicate it's not on our end. At this time, we don't have an update.
Worked for only one game today. Then again facing DC in champs.
It has nothing to do with the ISP. It's happening worldwide. I switched to another internet and its the same issue. Some update was made during the thunderstruck promo that has caused this problem.
