EA_Aljo Well still it does not work even with hotspot. Getting big lags and dcs. I am missing events, rivals and squad battles etc.. What should i do and how can i recover missing activites and rewards ? Thanks for help.
Community ManagerConnecting to a hotspot is just a test for those that can't connect to Ultimate Team on their normal connection. When you can connect using a mobile hotspot, it means the problem is with your ISP/home network. What is the issue you're having? Are you lagging/disconnecting or can you not connect at all?
EA_Aljo I get disconnection between menus, inspecting a card or creating a squad. It says ultimate team is unavailabe or different error messages. It takes sometimes so long to login to ultimate team and just a little bit later, it disconnects me. Cant do sbc or evolutions and cant play a game. I tried with mobile hotspot and i still have the problem. I dont have issues with different online games. Missing time gated content and falling behind.

He is not able to use the game with hotspot. You guys straight up scamming the users.
Community ManagerThe hotspot test is only for those of you that can't connect to Ultimate Team. If you're not on Jio Fiber, create a new thread so we can go through some troubleshooting.
after multiple tries and reinstalling Anitcheat I am able to connect to FUT but game gets DC in between games or when doing SBC. Counts as loss with DNF.
Bro if there was a single ISB for which users were facing the issue, then your cross analysis was correct. Since first reported, multiple users from multiple regions are facing this issue, please look into it. We are repeated users of FC and Fifa series, maybe we need rethink about this series.
