Community ManagerConnecting to a hotspot is just a test for those that can't connect to Ultimate Team on their normal connection. When you can connect using a mobile hotspot, it means the problem is with your ISP/home network. What is the issue you're having? Are you lagging/disconnecting or can you not connect at all?
EA_Aljo I get disconnection between menus, inspecting a card or creating a squad. It says ultimate team is unavailabe or different error messages. It takes sometimes so long to login to ultimate team and just a little bit later, it disconnects me. Cant do sbc or evolutions and cant play a game. I tried with mobile hotspot and i still have the problem. I dont have issues with different online games. Missing time gated content and falling behind.

He is not able to use the game with hotspot. You guys straight up scamming the users.
Community ManagerThe hotspot test is only for those of you that can't connect to Ultimate Team. If you're not on Jio Fiber, create a new thread so we can go through some troubleshooting.
after multiple tries and reinstalling Anitcheat I am able to connect to FUT but game gets DC in between games or when doing SBC. Counts as loss with DNF.
EA_Aljo And what should we do if the hotspot, wired connection, different network, DNS changes, and other options also don't work? We can't even play man. Evolutions are getting really hard to complete, can't get good Div rewards, bad rewards due to constant disconnects in the fut champs. Please give a proper solution.
