EA_Aljo And what should we do if the hotspot, wired connection, different network, DNS changes, and other options also don't work? We can't even play man. Evolutions are getting really hard to complete, can't get good Div rewards, bad rewards due to constant disconnects in the fut champs. Please give a proper solution.

EA_Aljo Yes I have. And please you need to stop making it about my network equipment and start taking ownership of the issues in your servers. I have two different ISPs at home. I have tried hotspot too. Nothing works. It's happening since the thunderstruck so clearly something was done during that time. Please give us timeline and status on what you guys are doing about it.
Community ManagerMost likely, the issue is being on a wireless connection. Can you switch to a wire or is your router too far away?
We will communicate any server issues that come up. At the moment, we're not aware of any.
I have been on a LAN connection (JioFiber) but still been facing this issue for 2+ weeks now.
Also tried Hotspot with 2 different SPs (Airtel & Jio) and still doesn't work.

Many people including myself faced no issues for the first two months and then 2 weeks ago something magically changed which has rendered the network connection/settings of multiple people worldwide not good enough for connecting FUT. Do you understand how ridiculous this sounds?
Community ManagerIt doesn't sound ridiculous at all. It's entirely possible there's an issue with your ISP that is causing this. If it were everyone worldwide, there would be a bigger issue, but when there's a group of them all on one ISP, that indicates an issue with the ISP. You're always welcome to run the Connection Quality Report and get a screenshot of the results.
EA_Aljo but other ISPs are having issues too, not just Jio since the thunderstruck promo. You can't just be blaming the ISPs
