It doesn't sound ridiculous at all. It's entirely possible there's an issue with your ISP that is causing this. If it were everyone worldwide, there would be a bigger issue, but when there's a group of them all on one ISP, that indicates an issue with the ISP. You're always welcome to run the Connection Quality Report and get a screenshot of the results.
EA_Aljo but other ISPs are having issues too, not just Jio since the thunderstruck promo. You can't just be blaming the ISPs

Since the thunderstruck promo I get DC while playing online any mode/ surfing the transfer market/ doing SBC I always get issued a loss with DNF
my connection quality result has dropped as a result from 95 to 65.
I am on PC and not using JIO. Also people on Reddit have also posted the same problem.
It has been over 2-3 weeks of ruined Champs, with no acknowledgement or compensation. - EA_Aljo3 months ago

You ask people to post these reports and then silence after that...
Also, to the earlier point here's an example of someone not using Jio.

I responded to several people when asked for reports today. Apologies for missing yours. According to the screenshot you posted, you've got packet loss that is causing your disconnects. You can go through the troubleshooting steps here to see if they help. You should also reach out to your ISP to see if they can help.

When we have many people on the same ISP suddenly not able to connect, chances are excellent it's to do with the ISP. This thread was about those players. Not about others on other ISPs also having problems staying connected.

My packet loss is 0.02%, which is statistically irrelevant for real-time gaming. Also, something that EA says is "great" as you can see in the screenshot.
For context, online gameplay degradation normally starts at ~1–2% packet loss. 0.02% means 2 dropped packets out of 10,000 — far too low to cause disconnects, lag, or handshake failures.So the issue I’m facing isn’t due to my connection quality or packet loss.
Please just acknowledge that the issue is on EA's end as EA chat advisors have already done multiple times :) - EA_Aljo3 months ago
