My packet loss is 0.02%, which is statistically irrelevant for real-time gaming. Also, something that EA says is "great" as you can see in the screenshot.
For context, online gameplay degradation normally starts at ~1–2% packet loss. 0.02% means 2 dropped packets out of 10,000 — far too low to cause disconnects, lag, or handshake failures.So the issue I’m facing isn’t due to my connection quality or packet loss.
Please just acknowledge that the issue is on EA's end as EA chat advisors have already done multiple times :)
