Community ManagerApologies for missing yours. There are a lot of responses here. Your test is showing packet loss. That most likely is why you're disconnecting frequently. Try the connection troubleshooting steps here. If they don't help, contact your ISP for assistance.
Do you go around in circles on purpose to evade the actual issue? I already responded to this baseless packet loss thing:
"My packet loss is 0.02%, which is statistically irrelevant for real-time gaming. Also, something that EA says is "great" as you can see in the screenshot.
For context, online gameplay degradation normally starts at ~1–2% packet loss. 0.02% means 2 dropped packets out of 10,000 — far too low to cause disconnects, lag, or handshake failures. So the issue I’m facing isn’t due to my connection quality or packet loss."
