I don't think it has anything to do with our settings, they've been the same for years. The issue stems from EA's side.
16% of Indians who have FC26 use JioFiber. Let's even assume it's our ISP's problem, then it is the responsibility of someone senior from FC's technical team to analyse and tell what the issue exactly is, so that we can then relay it clearly to our ISP. It'll also clear their name.
