I may have a solution for this - its not a 100% solution but it works better than whatever dumb solution is out there.
Problem - Random disconnects using JioFiber. Jio didnt change anything, FC26 increased the network security EA_Aljo thanks for not telling us and marking this solved. Jio uses dynamic IPV6 which FC26 actively blocks when it jumps from one route to another.

ping is same for me, have it tried it yet? also WARP is different than just a regular DNS
Can you please share the steps to disable ipv6 on jio router as im not being an option to disable it.
If you are playing on PC, its very simple and you dont need to log into jio at all.
Settings > Network and Internet > Wifi (or ethernet if you use it) > Hardware properties > More Adapter Settings > Uncheck IPV6

with warp ping gets high
I use 1.1.1.1 with warp. Maybe you can try disabling ipv6 as ShooterGM suggested.
