Online TOURNAMENT ISSUE

HI THERE .. I want to play a premium tournament cup and there is a lock. I know that this tournament when I want to play I need to be in 2nd DIVISON but I´m and it´s still locked . Two weeks ago when I played online tournaments I played too this premium cup and now its locked . AND the second issue is that under these cup I have now 0 wins but I win this cup some weeks ago .. see the photo . 

I try repair the game but nothing solved.
