Only game not downloading on EA play

when i try to download EA FC 26 on pc through EA play it keeps giving me an error saying "this game is unavailable.  you are not eligible to play this game" then after realizing that it cant download it gives me another error saying " you dont have access. we've canceled this download because you don't own this game. to play, go to the game hub to get the game." but all my accounts have been linked correctly, my gamepasss ultimate doesnt run out for another month yet, ive tried doing the "free game method on EA" and installed 4 games of all different age ratings (also EA FC 25) and they downloaded perfectly fine, ive cleared my cache, spoken to tech support from xbox and EA for countless hours with unfortunately no result, restarted both apps and Microsoft store and deleted them, restarted my pc, changed my spend cap to infinite, and everything is up to date including my pc. but still nothing. I've been trying for around 2 days on end now and nothing seems to work let me know if you guys have any suggestions !
