My friend has not been able to play FC26 since October, every time he opens the game it freezes his entire computer 2-3 mins after opening. This only happens when playing FC26. Any other game works fine on his computer. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it. We've tried many methods from the internet but the same error keeps happening over and over again. Also he played during September and it worked fine. He paid full price for the game and can't even play it. 😭
Do the following:
1st – Leave the computer offline.
2nd – Delete the following folder:
c:\your user\username\appdata\local\ea sports fc 26
3rd – Uninstall the Anti-Cheat and reinstall it (it’s in the game folder, inside the “Installers” folder).
4th – Launch the game (it should start now).
5th – Turn the internet back on and connect to the server.
6th – If you get an Anti-Cheat update error, go to the folder mentioned in step 3 and update it
Ciao, prova a mettere il tuo PC offline, quindi disinstalla e reinstalla EA Javelin anti cheat da qui https://help.ea.com/en/articles/platforms/pc-ea-anticheat/, quindi prova ad avviare il gioco prima offline poi online e controlla se funziona, se non funziona puoi provare a cancellare la cache dell'app EA, se ancora non funziona puoi prima fare un backup della cartella EA SPORT 26 (che si trova in C:\Users\your user\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 26) quindi elimina la cartella originale in modo da forzare il gioco a ricreare dati puliti dall'ultimo aggiornamento.
