Pc - slow motion gameplay and delay in online modes like rivals

I have gaming laptop which is a Asus tuf 15 with nvidia rtx 3050 with 16gb ram and a 144hz screen but when I play fc 26 online in modes like rivals after a min my players start moving in slow motion ...

I have the same laptop gaming and i found a solution to play this game. Just turn off vsync and put refresh rate at 60hz and 60fps.
