Pc and controller issue

Hello, i have an uncommon issue. When i connect my cotnroller to pc, game after about 2 hours starts lagging. There is a huge delay in menu, when playing games such as div rivals champs. The delay is no matter what i do. I tried "repairing" the game, changing settings to lowest, and its not cpu issue nor gpu. Everything in my laptop works perfectly. I would appreciate immidiate help.
