[PC] Controller not recognized and preventing the game from launching correctly

Hello, I have a problem that seems to be caused by my controllers. I bought the game three days ago on EA App. When I launch the game with a controller connected via USB (I can't test Bluetooth) to my computer, the game launches but the window remains black.

When I launch my game without a controller connected, the game launches normally. When I connect a controller to play later, the game does not recognize it at all, even though it is functional. I have tried two different controllers, an Xbox controller and a Dualshock 4. Only my keyboard and mouse are recognized.
