PC Controller NOT WORKING online - Why it fails and how to temporarily solve it

If you are facing problems with PC controllers and your controller does this: Works perfectly in offline: moments, squad battles, ... At online matches: rivals, tournaments works for a few seconds...

3090, graphics on low, frame rate limited to 60, vsync on, and the game is BARELY playable. Like, sometimes my players just wander in the direction of the last input, randomly can't switch players while the screen appears to lag etc. Unreal.
