PC Controller NOT WORKING online - Why it fails and how to temporarily solve it

If you are facing problems with PC controllers and your controller does this: Works perfectly in offline: moments, squad battles, ... At online matches: rivals, tournaments works for a few seconds...

Basically in tournaments and rivals. My controller doesn’t work to control players but is fine when I try to pause and leave the game or access my settings. Had to leave 4 tournament games like this. Very disappointing when I bought EA Play Pro just to play a day early
