Think they’re trying to solve it, fingers crossed
I’m having the same issue, this happened on FC25 aswell around half way through the game, I switched to a brand new controller and it eased itself a little, however there was still input lag occasionally. I load into FC26 expecting there to be no problems with the input as EA promised. Hit with the same issue absolutely unable to play online modes of any kind due to my controller not registering. The menu works smooth and so does squad battles. But the minute you try and play with a friend or division rivals the controller does not respond. I have tried every single remedy and possible fix highlighted by the community and nada! Not a single glimmer of hope, pardon my lack of hope but considering this game code seems to be a carbon copy of FC25 surely that bug shouldn’t exist right? I’ve paid decent money to play early I expect to have a decent experience. I’ve said it before but I’ll say it again… this is the last time I buy into EA’s scam of early access, anyone who is considering this decision in the future please stay away and wait until all the bugs are fixed. Bear in mind this same bug last year took them a month to fix to good luck to everyone and enjoy squad battles. Very sad excuse of a beta release it feels to me. As usual EA… thank you!!!
