PC Controller NOT WORKING online - Why it fails and how to temporarily solve it

If you are facing problems with PC controllers and your controller does this: Works perfectly in offline: moments, squad battles, ... At online matches: rivals, tournaments works for a few seconds...

Hi,

I’m playing EA FC 26 on PC  and I have a strange problem only in Ultimate Team Rivals and Draft.

My controller works fine in menus and in other modes like Kick Off and Career.
But during Rivals or Draft matches it keeps bugging in and out.
It works for a few seconds, then suddenly stops responding.
After a few seconds it works again.
This cycle repeats the whole match.

I already tried restarting the game and system, using wired and wireless, and resetting controller settings in game. The problem is still there.

Has anyone else experienced this? Could it be related to multiple input devices or some known bug? Any workaround until EA fixes it?

No same workaround works for everyone, I’m yet to have any temp fix work for me. EA are starting to give me Ubisoft vibes. Bought out by a larger corporation and ran into the ground, we love to see it.
