PC PROBLEMS!

I'm playing the game via the PC EA App with an EA Play Pro subscription. In Rivals mode, the player I select with the switch randomly starts running in one direction. I can't control them with the DualSense controller during this time. After a few seconds, it returns to normal. On top of that, I'm experiencing stuttering issues both during gameplay and in the menus. It's been two days and there's still no fix. My early access has gone to waste, and the money I paid feels like it went to waste too.
