[PC] Random stuttering occurs after entering Ultimate Team/ half-time cutscenes

Hi, i got random stuttering on PC, this is my PC spec:

Processor    AMD Ryzen 5 4600H with Radeon Graphics          (3.00 GHz)
RAM    16.0 GB 
Graphic Card Nvidia GTX 1650 4GB

I experienced a performance issue while playing EA FC on PC . The problem happens in two scenarios:

Random stuttering occurs when entering menus, although gameplay returns to normal afterward
Severe stuttering starts after the first-half or second-half cutscenes.

When the stuttering occurs, the game feels like it’s running at very low FPS, making it difficult to play. I checked my GPU and CPU temperatures, and both are stable at around 60°C for GPU and 50°C for GPU, which is within a safe range and not overheating. When the stuttering doesn’t happen, I can consistently achieve above 60 FPS. Please check the videos and pictures I’ve attached below.
