Performance issues during matches

I just bought my first game and that is FC26 but the experience I got is not worth mentioning. The game starts normally , works normally but during the matches it just can work smoothly . I got a slow and laggy screen during the match but when I go to the menu it fixes , so plz help me with the problem . This problem only happen during the gameplay of matches nowhere else. For info I have a GTX 1650 with 4Gb vram. Also it is not a connection issue since I have mostly played only career mode.
