Permanent Transfer Market Ban After Mass Trading Injury Items via Companion App

Hi everyone and EA Community Menagers 

I'm writing this post out of complete frustration. My Transfer Market access has been permanently restricted and my appeals are being automatically rejected by bots without any human review. I'm %100 sure this is a false positive by the automated security system.

Here is exactly what i did: 

I was using the official Companion App on my to do some basi market trading. I mass-purchased injury items ( consumables) via Buy It Now for under 200 coins each. After that i relisted them on the market for 1 hour with a price of around 2.000coins.

Shortly after this i realized my transfer market was permanently banned.

I'm a new player and love this game very much. just trying to learn how to make some coins honestly. I have never used any third-party software or bots. I performed all these actions manually on my phone using. Ea's own official application. The system clearly flagged my rapid manual trading as bot activity by mistake.

Could a Community Menager please look into this and escalate my case to the Terms of service team for a manual review?
