Players bought on the tranfer market dissapeared

I'm trading on the transfer market and in most days that I have time, I buy 5-30 cards for a profit.

3 days ago I bought Luis Suarez Time Warp 89 for 533.000 coins, i sent him to a treansfer list but the card just dissapeared. Of course I have checked everywhere in the club, including Quick Sell recovery but the player is nowhere. 

I reported a case and recieve the same reply 2 times:

"We’ve looked into your case, and you’re not eligible for any more content.

This can happen if you didn’t earn your content in time, or you didn’t meet a reward’s requirements. "

It proves that noone checked it and that's bot reply. I bought a card but "This can happen if you didn’t earn your content in time, or you didn’t meet a reward’s requirements. " What kind of reply is that? IQ around 32 points I guess. 

The case is not finished as I want to get what is missing and guess what happened today?

Exactly the same thing. Luis Suarez Time Warp 89 bought for 477.000 coins is missing after sending him to transfer list.

Is that a joke or what? Now i lost around 1 milion coins in 3 days, because of the game bug. I reported the case again but I guess the reply will be exactly the same as nooone checks it beside bots. Im spending a lot of free time to earn some coins, and due to game bug, my cards/coins are just vanished. EA its not hard to check it when i sent all of the details, including time when it happened. You must have access to data, and just have a look what happend with cards/coins. It cannot be that hard but first you must redirect a case to human being. 

As I see other posts, where a lot of people are missing Fifa Points from few days, I can see how this game is broken and the support basically doesn't exist.
