Can’t acces ultimate team !

Are you seeing an error message of any kind when the issue occurs?

HeyEA_Darko​  it’s showing a message…connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment you will be returned to the main menu…3rd day now 

This is almost certainly network or ISP based daniel16111993​, not seeing any reports of issues here and when I load into the game it's working for me so this means that the issue is on your side. This isn't a bad thing as it means that troubleshooting it should be easy enough and to start with can you try all the steps here

Hey There. For some reason I buy the game (The Team of the Year, Edition) an hour ago and the Game doesn't launch. I already try repairing and rebut also turn off my Antivirus and nothing help. Any advise or I have to request a refund?😡 

Nope noting regarding my internet connection,as I tried already all the steps,any other game works perfectly fine including eafc 25…I know it’s an issue that affects other players aswell but it just takes to long to get it fixed I’m unable to play for over a week toty it’s done for me and others in my situation
