Players just walk off the field- does this happen to anyone else?

My friend and I play co-op, and every other game recently weve had players that we cant control that just walk off the field and never return. Does anyone know why this happens? Never seems to happen to the other team, just us somehow.

This used to happen a lot like a year or two ago, then it stopped, and now its back happening all the time. Is this a hack? Or just typical Fifa/EA FC bug?

Yes. I haven't been able to play a game in Seasons for last 72 hours because Doue just runs off the field. Sometimes he stays, then I try to pass to him to "activate" him and snap him out of it, he misses ball completely and then disappears off the field on the restart. No idea what the issue is or why its so prevalent over last few days.
