PS5 Clubs Unable to Connect While All Other Online Modes Work
For more than 24 hours, I have been unable to access Clubs on EA SPORTS FC 26 on PS5. Every time I open Clubs, I receive the message: “Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your internet connection and try again.”
Ultimate Team and all other online modes work normally, and every other online game on my PS5 works without any connection problems.
I have already:
- Fully restarted my PS5 and router multiple times
- Tested my internet connection
- Deleted and recreated the Personal Settings file
- Restored my PlayStation licences
- Tried the PS4 version of the game
- Confirmed that FC 26 and my PS5 are fully updated
The issue appears to be connected specifically to my Clubs profile or EA account. Please investigate and reset or resync my Clubs profile server-side.
