Players stop being on my commands

Hello,

I'm asking for your valuable help if you've experienced a similar situation or if you know how to resolve the following problem I'm experiencing in FC26:

During online and offline matches, after a few minutes, players stop responding to commands, while my controller worked fine in FC24 and continues to work in the game menus. I can pause during these moments when players stop responding (or play on their own, as this happens), and the commands respond normally in the pause menu. I've tried disconnecting my wired controller and reconnecting it, but nothing works. Support hasn't provided me with any answers or support files, despite filling out five contact forms.
