Playing a must win game in champs to get 8 wins. Whole game was glitching

Question

I was on a must win game to get 8 wins in champs and I loaded into a 300 ping game I could make tackles my passes and shots kept getting delayed and my keeper could not save anything. The opponent was terrible but because I literally couldn’t control my players I lost the game and conceded 6 goals all of which happened when I couldn’t control my players. I need compensation for this as I have video proof of the fact that I couldn’t move and my internet is fine. Unstable bs connection cost me my weekend league&nbsp;

Played another game just now and I reached 4000 ping how is that even possible. Fix ur **bleep** game because I just ran an internet speed test on the ps5 and it came out normal. There should be compensation for this

I tried to play squad battles yesterday & today but I keep losing connection & have to reconnect to eat servers again & again. Not only that when I'm doing an SBC as well, it suddenly lags & it says that I lost online connection. I checked my router & it works fine. Its ur servers which has a problem so fix it because its becoming a headache & it's annoying as hell right now
