Got the exact same issue, already posted about it. No reaction at All, its insane how they let me pay 100€ for a game i cant even play…..

    @EASFCDIRECT posted on Twitter that they´re investigating it. But the post was made 6 days ago.
    Sadly they don´t care about PC players i guess...
