Please help, crashing, connection problems on ea’s end, ripped off

For 2 years now at least, I have not been able to play an online match without being disconnected from 60% of them, this goes for any game mode. I have tried contacting EA support before in 2021 which I was not replied to so I am weary talking with them but this has become a joke. There is no network issues on my end, I have troubleshooted and there is nothing wrong on my side, nor internet issues. Because I get kicked from the majority of my online matches its ruins gaming experience, others experience and punishes me for their issues. Not only this but I had pre-ordered FC26 in the first days of its pre-order availability, I had downloaded the game, it said I pre-ordered it and by the time the game came out, it said I had not purchased it, so because of this I lost from what I know of, the icon pack, and the ea welcome pack because I had to “re-order” the game as it said I had to “buy the game” even though it was already on my screen downloaded and pre-ordered.
