Premium Season Pass Glitch

Today I was grinding some XP to get myself up the season pass. I reached level 27 which grants you 3k more xp, I then done around another 3k XP, which got me to level 32. But my status bar hadn’t changed, it still said I was level 26. I could claim the rewards until level 31 so I did so, thinking it would reset the status bar and have me level 32/33 where I should be. It did not do that, I thought I would do some more objectives to see if it would allow me to move up levels, but that didn’t work either. So now I’m stuck, I need the rewards I was grinding for so I can complete some players I want, but I can’t do anything. 

I’ve reset the game multiple times, I’ve reset my pc, I’ve even reset my internet. 

has anyone else had this problem? It’s really frustrating, my case has been escalated but by the time they reply, I won’t be able to do what I wanted to do. Which is why I bought the pass in the first place.
