Problem connecting to Ultimate Team after moving to Slovenia

Hello,

I created a new PSN account with the USA region while I was in Serbia, because Serbia was not available in the EA FC 26 region options before the game release. Everything worked fine while I was in Serbia.
I recently moved to Slovenia and connected my console to the internet here using the same PSN account. In the EA FC 26 menu, the game successfully connects to EA servers. However, when I try to enter Ultimate Team, it loads for a while and then displays:
"Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu."
Could this issue be caused by my PSN account being set to the USA region, even though there is an option for Slovenia? Or is something else causing this problem?
