PROBLEM IN EA SERVER ULTIMATE TEAM

I HAVE A PROBLEM IN MY EA ACCOUNT WHEN I PLAY A DIVISION RIVALS I WIN WITH THE HOT STREAK THE MATCH BUT I DIDNT GET 2 POINT OF DIVISION AND I GET DNF 2 TIME FOR NO REASON !

yeah i win the match with hot streak but when the match was finished after advance i got a DNF for no reason and i win the match but i didnt get the points i lose them !
