problem to launch EA FC 26 on PC

the game closes itself right after the loading screen, with this message: "An unexpected game shutdown was detected. Please restart the game or contact EA Help if this continues. (0xFFFFFFFF)"

In Windows Event Viewer, the only related log entry is this one:

Message: "The game fc26.exe exited unexpectedly, exit code: 0xFFFFFFFF"

there is no "Application Error" event with a faulting module attached — the anticheat simply terminates the process without any further detail.

What I've already tried,:

- Updated the GPU driver

- Installed Visual C++ Redistributables

- Installed DirectX Redistributables

- Fully reinstalled the game

- Ran Windows Update until no updates remained pending

- Confirmed Secure Boot is enabled and BIOS Mode is UEFI 

- Confirmed Core Isolation / Memory Integrity is enabled

- Checked Windows Firewall exceptions for EA processes

- Repaired the game files through the EA App

- No third-party antivirus, VPN,  only default Windows Defender

- Tested launching the game in windowed mode
